Location
This position would be located in our office in Northborough, MA at Dario Designs (a division of Haley Ward).

What you can expect to be doing:
* Lead project coordination and execution, working closely with project managers, architects, and design teams.
* Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other external partners to integrate their input into project documentation.
* Conduct quality control reviews of architectural drawings and specifications.
* Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
* Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
* Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
* Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements.
What you will need to succeed:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred not required.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office other relevant design and drafting software.
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in producing construction documents.
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
* Knowledge in Sketchup, Lumion & Photoshop a plus
* Knowledge of Building, Fire, Accessibility Codes and Energy Codes
