Job descriptionComplete employee cycle management such as Appointments, Confirmations, Promotions, Training and development, Exit formalities, Grievances and Operational issuesTalent acquisition & Employee OnboardingLearning & DevelopmentDetermine current staffing needs and produce forecastsDevelop strategies and hiring plans for teaching & non-teaching positionsIdentifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channelsAssessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibilityAdherence to the implementation of rules and regulations of regulatory authorityIdentifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channelsCoordinating for interviews with the different heads of departmentsOffer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completionConducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointmentServe as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associationsHandling HRIS softwareHR AuditsHR CompliancesPerformance ReviewsMaintenance of HR records and HR operationsQualification & ExperienceBachelor's / Master's Degree in HR domain.
Good verbal and written communication skills.More than 5 years of relevant experience in HR fieldPrior experience working in educational field is preferred.
Excellent Organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance.
